Had a rather hectic month but have missed being on here, so here goes with our everyday food again.......

Last night's supper, sliced vine tomato with Greek style cheese. Sprinkled with a little sea salt and black pepper, then topped with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. A beautiful mix of flavours contrasting with one another; the sweetness of the tomato, the creamy acidity of the cheese, and the seasoning flavours and textures, made for a delicious and nutritious snack. Better than what I usually eat when the Late Night Munchies strike.....All ingredients from Aldi, total cost of this supper, approximately 35p.
